The materials in this series document the dissemination of information, propaganda, public opinion and concerns for the "post war order" during the years 1941-1942, during which time Grover Wayward served in the government. Many of the memorand are addressed to Archibald MacLeish, then Librarian of Congress, who served as Director of the OFF.
