Administrative Files, 1934-1968
- Scope and content:
Administrative Files include all materials related to the operations of the FSU School of Journalism and activities sponsored by the School. Topics covered include accreditation, budget, discussions with the Florida Board of Control about the planned closing of the School, faculty meetings, job offers, scholarships, and the Southern Future Teachers of America program. There are extensive files, with photographs, documenting the Southern School Press Institutes, held at FSU during the 1950s.
