Scope and content:: Video recordings include videotapes and 8mm/16mm films. Many films have been copied onto videotapes. They include his speeches, interviews as a U.S. Senator and Representative, and other commercially-produced recordings. There are also recordings by Mildred Pepper. In addition to Claude and Mildred Pepper, other names include Rosalynn Carter, Lyndon B. Johnson, Daniel Moynihan, Ronald Reagan, and Franklin D. Roosevelt. Subjects include aging, the Aging Committee, catastrophic illness, civil rights, consumerism, Cuban refugees, abuse of older people, law, Medigap, Miami tributes to Claude Pepper, railroads, Franklin D. Roosevelt, the older population, Social Security, and urban renewal. All video materials available on VHS or DVD.

Parent restrictions:: Collection is open to all researchers. Users may access this collection at the Claude Pepper Library.
Parent terms of access:: All requests for permission to quote, publish, broadcast or otherwise reproduce from manuscripts must be submitted in writing to the Associate Dean for Special Collections Archives.
