Material comes from Carol Newcomb a certified Adjunct Faculty proffessor from Florida Gulf Coast University in the Department of Integrated Studies. Newcomb is also a Director of Environmental Affairs at Kitson and Partners. Kitson and Partners is a Florida based real estate company who completed the purchase for Babcock Ranch.
